Join us for C3DAR Lab's 2025 Brantford Summer STEAM Camp – where learning meets adventure! Celebrate our 5th anniversary with early bird registration now open. 

Join us at our year-round STEAM facility for the Brantford Summer STEAM Camp 2025, designed to inspire young minds through hands-on learning and exploration. Our summer camp offers three tailored age groups:

  • Lil' STEAMers (4-6 years old)
  • STEAM Camp Explorers (7-11 years old)
  • STEAM Camp Engineers (12-14 years old)

During the 2025 Summer STEAM Camp, campers will engage in interactive and educational activities focused on Science and Technology. Our expansive 4,200 square foot facility features:

  • Hands-on experiments
  • Computer-based STEAM activities
  • Technology exploration
  • Outdoor play
  • Lab Exploration Time

Themes:

These are just a summary overview—there will be even more exciting activities and challenges throughout the camp 

 

Week 1 (Short Week) 

Art Week – Designing for stickers, t-shirts, and lasers 

Week 2 

Minecraft Week – Create Minecraft blocks in real life, coding challenges, and build your own community 

Week 3 

Pokémon Week – Design your own Pokémon, Make your own Pokémon Card, Pokémon battles (cards and more) 

Week 4 

Spy Week - Solve secret codes and ciphers, make sensor traps, and at week’s end, use your tools to conquer an obstacle course. 

Week 5 

Marvel Week – Create their own comic and masks, create your own arc reactor or shield, create hulk slime and more 

Week 6 (Short Week) 

STEAM Challenge – Build a car, egg drop challenge 

Week 7 

Mario Week – Make your own video game, design your own Mario/game character, games day at the end of the week 

Week 8 

Wizards Week – Make Potions, build your own wand, create your own spells with coding 

Week 9 

Media Week – Create your own short video—from script and storyboard to filming and editing. 

 

Some weeks will have optional add-ons available for purchase. These are not required but can enhance the experience for all campers. Add ons will be available in early 2025. 

Every week brings a new, exciting theme with unique activities, ensuring a fresh experience each time with no repeats. Enroll your child in our Brantford Summer STEAM Camp 2025 for a summer filled with discovery, creativity, and fun! 

Age Groups:

    • Lil' STEAMers(4-6 year olds). 
    • STEAM Camp Camp Explorers (7-11 years old)
    • STEAM CAMP Engineers(12-14 years old)
      • The Engineer program is for campers that thrive in self-driven hands on learning / application, independent critical thinking, advanced challenges, and hands on skills with various tools (training is on site). Please register your child for the Explorer group if you believe your child will enjoy more guided activities. 
    • Parents should register their children in the appropriate section based on the child's age, as of July 1st. C3DAR Lab reserves the right to change a child's placement if they are not properly registered. C3DAR Lab cannot guarantee kids in the same family or friends are in the same group (LiL' Steamer, Explorer, Engineer), as "groups" are based on age, and sorted to the appropriate groups for activities.

All necessary technology is provided for students. 

Registrations after June 1st, 2025 we cannot guarantee a camper t-shirt. 

Camp Time:  

  • 9:00AM -4:00 PM. 

  • Before Care: Time: 7:30am - 9:00am Fee: $40 per week  | After Care: Time: 4:00pm - 6:00pm Fee: $40 per week  Before and After - $60 per week

  • A charge of $20.00 will be applied to parents that are early dropping off or late picking up campers each day, that is not arranged beforehand

  • No Camp on July 1(Canada Day) or August 4(Civic Holiday)

Change of Dates: We understand that families may not have their family schedules yet, we will allow a change of registered camp weeks up to March 31st, 2025 with no additional cost. After this date, it will be based on availability and a $10 charge. 

Cancellation/Refund: Any refund requests prior to March 31st, 2025 may request a refund - minus a 5% transaction charge. 

Refunds requests made April 1st and after, will receive a C3DAR Lab credit with a $50 Administration Fee deducted/week.  There will be no C3DAR Lab credits issued 10 days prior to the start of camp.
