Summer STEAM CAMP Sponsorship - 2024

C3DAR Lab is a social enterprise with a primary goal of offering courses, camps, and activities that are financially accessible to even our most vulnerable community members. This means offering programs that are as close to cost as possible and finding like-minded community supporters to help sponsor kids, programs, and projects so they are accessible and affordable for all.

Sponsorship for any of our camps, courses, or community projects is an ideal marketing opportunity, to show your company’s support for the needs of our community, and helping kids explore and enjoy the world of Science, Technology, and Engineering.

Last year, we were excited to sponsor 12 families, as identified by our partners at Food4Kids, and have them join our C3DAR Lab STEAM Camp at no cost. Additionally, with the generous support of sponsors, we have been able to keep many of our courses and camps at a much more affordable rate for families, even with the continued rising costs to run our programs. We are very proud to say that we were able to support additional families looking to join our PD Camps, Winter Camp, and March Break Camp. This has all been possible by the generous support of sponsors, continued fundraising efforts, and 20% of C3DAR Designs custom design sales (3D Prints, vinyl signs, vinyl decals, laser cut products, laser engraving, and much more).

Our sponsorship options earn your business a place on our camp t-shirts, your name or company logo on our Community Wall of Appreciation for the year, and recognition on our C3DAR Lab social media platforms. Additionally, we will provide a direct link to your company’s website on our website along with an acknowledgment of your business’s contribution.

We kindly ask that you consider our various sponsorship options:

1) Gold Summer Camp Sponsorship - $3000.00: Your business or family name will be our summers banner sponsor. All advertising on social media and other media outlets will show “C3DAR Lab Summer STEAM Camp – Sponsored by (Your Name)”. A banner will be made and brought along with our campers as they travel to parks and places within Brantford. This is an opportunity for your name to be shown in the community, and to support some of the costs of the camp.

2) Silver Summer Camp Sponsorship - $1750.00: Your business logo or family name will be the largest and top name on camper t-shirts that are worn each day both in C3DAR Lab and out in the community (and we do see our campers proudly wear their t-shirts year-round in the community). Your name or logo will be added at the top of our Community Wall of Appreciation in C3DAR Lab for the year. Also, you will be added to the top portion of our Community Partners page on our website along with your contribution amount. Throughout the camp, your name will be linked to each of our featured social media posts.

3) Bronze Summer Camp Sponsorship - $350.00: Your business logo or family name will be on camper t-shirts, below our Gold Summer Sponsor. These t-shirts are worn each day both in C3DAR Lab and out in the community. Your name or logo will be added to our Community Wall of Appreciation in C3DAR Lab for the year. Also, you will be added to our Community Partners page on our website along with your contribution amount. Additionally, your contribution will be highlighted on our social media.
